children’s needs.
The Colorado Center for Divorce
Mediation has been a leader
in divorce mediation and the use
of parenting plans. Their
website offers some helpful
models based on ongoing research
and expert development. The
Parenting Planning Tools may
be especially helpful. Please
remember, however, that laws
differ from state to state.

legal and/or mediation resources
that can help you with such
